REGISTRATION INFORMATION

STANDART REGISTRATION

• Accepted papers must be registered as a Standart Participant (Face to Face or Online).
• Standard Registration fee includes:
  • One full registration covers presentation of only one papers,
  • All sessions participant for 3 days of conference,
  • Coffee breaks to be served during the congress scientific programme,
  • Conference E-Certificate.
• Discounted Registration Fee only for IEEE members and Academical Person. (Please send us copy of IEEE membership or University ID card.)

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations before April 24, 2022 will receive a full refund minus an administrative charge of 100 TL.
• Cancellations on and after April 25, 2022 will not receive any refund.

Notification of cancellation must be received in writing to the secretariat by e-mail kayit@siu2022.bau.edu.tr or fax (+90 212 347 63 63).

Registration refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of SIU 2022 and, bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
